If you want to specifically block the gamer in question so they are unable to further send you messages or contact you in anyway follow these steps:

To block communications with a player

From the Xbox Dashboard, open a message from the player, and then select Block Communications. The player will not be able to send you any messages unless you send them one first.

As DJDoubt mentioned, please do not post other Gamer's Gamertag's in the forums. Remember this is to protect yourself !

Sorry you cant name and shame on the forums as it is not allowed, please in future if you have a problem with a gamer use the file an complaint option on the gamer's name as everyone else has mention naming another gamer is totally not allowed.

Please refrain from posting others gamertags in the forums, it is frowned upon.

When you go to read the message, the option "block communications with this user" should be there. (along with reply, delete, etc). This will stop this person from communicating with you.

You should "Avoid this Player":

To avoid a player

1. Press the Guide button.
2. Select Friends, then go to the Players tab. Select the player’s gamertag.
   
   Select Submit Player Review.
3. Select Avoid This Player
4. Select why you want to avoid the player: Communication, Game Behavior, or Player Skill.
   
5. Select the specific reason why you want to avoid the player.

If the player is breaking the Terms of Service (for example: cheating, using threatening language, etc) you should report them:

If you feel that an Xbox LIVE player has violated the Xbox LIVE Code of Conduct, you can file a complaint against that player. If a game has a complaint option, you can file a complaint from within the game. Refer to the documentation that came with the
game for instructions. You can also follow the steps below.

Note If the player hasn’t violated the code of conduct but you want to avoid them, consider filing a player review.

To file a complaint

1. Press the Guide button on your controller.

3. Select File Complaint. Then select File Complaint again on the next screen.

• Video Communications: The player was vulgar, hateful, harassing, or threatening in video communications.
  
• Tampering: The player tampered with a game, an Xbox 360 console, Xbox LIVE, or the feedback system.
  
  Select one of the following specific reasons for filing the complaint:

• Profile: Gamertag, Personal Picture, Personal Info, Player Content
• Text and Voice Communications: Text Message, Voice Message, Voice Chat, In-Game Voice
  
• Video Communications: Picture Message, Video Chat
• Tampering: Feedback Tampering, System Tampering, Cheating

Select File Complaint. Select Don’t File if you decide not to file a complaint.

Note Filing a complaint won't mute, block, or help you to avoid a player.
