*URGENT* The preview update has killed my xbox

My xbox seems to be in limbo just constantly loading and not doing anything since the preview update. does anyone know what is happening.

Preview Program

I had my Xbox One on the Preview forever and still is. I bought an Xbox One S and added it into the preview. My Xbox One has the update for Clubs Etc but my Xbox One S has the other preview back in Sept. Anyway to get them on the same preview? Tried manual
update and nothing to show to update

 

Some problems with the XBox One Preview Program

I've been in the preview since it started and I haven't once had an "obviously" buggy update, every update I've had has been solid.

King. I remember when you wrote on here when the update killed your console, tbh you are the only person I've personally read about who's update killed the console, for this reason it really doesn't worry me. If I was reading about this happening quite often,
I'd of backed out the preview a long time ago.

 

I have experienced this same issue. Not sure what to do at this point. Completely dead. Doesn't output anything to the monitor. Just black screen. Was stuck in the update process last night so went to bed and figured it would be done by morning. Woke
up to a powered off xobxone and restarting it does nothing. dead .... and frustrated.

 

even xbox technical dont know what to do they are just guessing,

 

does the black screen flicker when you turn it on?

 

no flickering. just a black screen. after many restarts now I'm just getting not output (tv monitor senses no output from xbox and displays a 'no output' message). I may try the diagnostic tool to reload factory image later today after I get home from
work. Not how I wanted to spend my friday night

 

i having same issue, kicked me from kings raid ind eatiny mid boss battle for a dam updat enow i can not join partys or start a game. so mad. please fix asap !!!

This is easy

First hardreset your console abd see what happens

If there is still an issue you must oost in the preview forums

.supoirt cannot help with preview issues
