    Nothing happening here. Support on Twitter has ignored all question or sent them to a blank page for support. I've tried hard resetting several times and still stuck on the green screen. This is bs.

    They told me to run the fox options listed on the website. Then told me to use a pc to reset to original OS. I told them I don't have a pc. They said I need to get one. Wtf. Thanks for the help. Going drinking, anyone coming?

    Update: We had to do a factory reset via the Offline System Update thing, but it's working now. I strongly suggest contacting Customer Support, as, that way, you'll be hearing exactly what to do directly from the horse's mouth, as it were. Good luck, all.

    proper teams know. If you get a 'Group Not Found' error, drop a post over in our Managing Xbox Live Subscriptions forums to request access
    and we'll get to you as soon as we can!

    To troubleshoot this issue, please try the following steps:

    • Press and hold the power button on the Xbox One console until it fully powers off.
    • Unplug the Xbox One console and let it sit for 30 seconds.
    • Plug it back in and continue the update.
    If the steps above do not resolve the issue, we suggest using the Offline Update Diagnostic Tool to Restore Factory Defaults your
    Xbox One console.
