    Hi there Microsoft,

    I am making this forum post as I’ve been experiencing an issue with my Xbox Series X which causes all my downloads to fail, since a few days ago I keep getting an error message pop up with “Installation error”. I am unable to successfully download a game at all and it’s becoming incredibly frustrating.

    I bought a few games and I can’t even access them. I have followed all the troubleshooting steps possible to resolve this issue:

    - Resetted the network MAC address

    - Performed multiple hard resets

    - Changed network to a different connection

    - Cleared all local saved games

    - Tried to reinstall the games but still no luck

    - Removed my Microsoft account and then readied it

    - Rebooted my network router and checked network settings but were fine and had no problems

    As a day one Xbox One and Series user I’ve never had this issue and I’m more shocked after multiple reports on the forums, it still hasn’t been addressed. It’s clearly on Microsoft’s side — if someone at Microsoft is looking at this, can you please investigate this. It appears to be affecting some people based in the UK, this is incredibly frustrating and especially since I’m paying for Game Pass.

    I'm glad to see more post about this, this issue should be at the top of priority and I can't believe they haven't even acknowledge it yet apart from one instance in a DM. This issue has been going on for a week now for me, and with witchqueen coming out in little over two weeks, I'm afraid I'm going to miss out on a game I've paid £100 for.

    No, I always use the internal SSD. It’s an issue with Microsoft which needs to be looked at.
