    URGENT** Ready to install on the Xbox One is not working


    I started my console normally. Everything was working perfectly. However, upon arriving in the "ready to install", I pressed the button "A". Then I pressed in "install". The problem is that nothing happens. The not have the download starts. This is happening
    with all my games. I cleaned cache, formatted to factory standards. This is also happening in all accounts.

    If I click with the button "A" in the game, in the section "ready to install" and click on "Go to the Microsoft Store", I get a black screen forever.

    ***Sorry some orthographic errors. I'm not American.

    Dont know if this will help you guys but when I reset my Xbox I put location as UK, which is it. As soon as I changed it to US everything started downloading as normal

    It's a good thing you posted that video link, because even a myopically-challenged person could see that you have 0% of available hard drive space left to install ANYTHING. Can you not see that your games library is unable to accommodate anything else? I
    would imagine the issue would be compounded if you were only packing 500GB storage... so try REMOVING a few of those titles and clearing up some space, before you try installing or reinstalling anything. The hard drive is probably fragmented.
