    Urgent: Ongoing Issue Violating ToS – Still Unresolved

    I've already raised this issue multiple times, yet nothing has been resolved, and I’ve received no proper response. This matter clearly violates your Terms of Service, and despite the seriousness of the situation, I’ve been given three different explanations none of which align or offer any real clarity.

    I have reached out through your "Report a Concern" channel three separate times, using three different email addresses, and still haven’t received a single response. It has now been several weeks without any progress.

    This ongoing silence and lack of resolution is unacceptable, and I urge you to treat this as a priority.

    Please respond as soon as possible.

    Hello AAIQ, I am sorry that this has happened, but in cases like this the report must be made through the Xbox platform where the Enforcement department responsible will act depending on the case.

    many many accounts have been reported over the years, i have seen some accounts change ownership more than 5 times and they had been reported and they are still active to this very day.

    Well if you report the accounts in question with the same evidence of them trying to sell them Xbox Live Enforcement will act on it. :)
