    I am making this post because after 2 chat sessions with support they told me to make a post here. I received the promotion for the 75$ credit when setting an XBox One as your home console by the end of July. I purchased an XBox One because of this offer
    in July and set it as my home console on the 28th of July.

    After my First contact with chat support I was told that I would be receiving the credit in a few days.

    Ok, so from what I could gather, I think this is a known issue as of the moment. What I can suggest is to just wait for a few more days for the code to arrive. It seems that there has been an influx of data due to preparations for the upcoming update to
    the system causing the delay.

    Microsoft is saying that I did not, even though I was told that I did meet it and would be receiving the credits in a previous post.

    I should have known better than to think anything good would come out of buying a console due to a promotion, and now that this is occured I have lost all trust I had for Microsoft. Especially in relation to their XBox brand.

    Microsoft *** many on this promotion. (It was a promotion to sucker us into buying the console while they were saving money to fund a $2Billion purchase of minecraft. Sorry my mere $75 was too much to credit for following their rules.
