    Urgent Help


    Hi,

    I own an entertainment center with all the needed licenses to operate.

    Last thursday all my equipment was banned. I have no idea why that happened,!!

    I am desperate, as I have followed the rules and my reputation and use of my account is in good terms.

    All nine consoles were banned at the same time!! I work with these equipment so it is urgent for me to reinstall the service.

    What should I do?? What could have happened??

    Please help me.

    Urgent help

    Hey FL1NCH007,

    I would try power cycling your console for a start. Press and hold the power button for 10 seconds or until it shuts down completely > Wait 20-30 seconds > Restart the console.

    If that does not help, I say maybe you try and uninstall and reinstall the game. If that does not fix the issue you can contact Xbox Support for more guidance.

    i think what your trying to say is that your gamertag was banned ( or was it console ) and your wondering if you pay 800 microsoft points will it sort the problem out ?

    unfortunately no that wouldnt resolve the problem you having

    Yes I just called microsoft support and the problem has been resolved thank god.. I had my xbox for 3 years and never had a single problem till now.. Maybe it's time I invest in a new one lol.. Thank you all for the help and support add me on here if you'd
