    Urgent help


    For the past few weeks COD WW2 just randomly quits and refreshes game onto home screen. My Internet is fine as I've tried everything. Has this happened to anyone? I'm getting really fustrated now and considering getting a refund.
    It's lagged out 10+ times in the past 20 minutes. Everytime I use the game. Or even when I select certain weapons, attachments and camos

    Urgent help

    Hey FL1NCH007,

    I would try power cycling your console for a start. Press and hold the power button for 10 seconds or until it shuts down completely > Wait 20-30 seconds > Restart the console.

    If that does not help, I say maybe you try and uninstall and reinstall the game. If that does not fix the issue you can contact Xbox Support for more guidance.

    i think what your trying to say is that your gamertag was banned ( or was it console ) and your wondering if you pay 800 microsoft points will it sort the problem out ?

    unfortunately no that wouldnt resolve the problem you having

    Yes I just called microsoft support and the problem has been resolved thank god.. I had my xbox for 3 years and never had a single problem till now.. Maybe it's time I invest in a new one lol.. Thank you all for the help and support add me on here if you'd
