I recently unpinned my pinned screenshot on my feed that had 3k views 103 likes and 26 comments and I repinned it and it wiped everything but the view count how do I recover the likes and comments?

To my understanding, the likes and comments that were applied were strictly applied to the pinned screenshot. With it being removed, it's like clearing the slate. There would be no way to reapply those unfortunately.

I'm sorry but you were misinformed. The PET are responsible for enforcement issues only. They cannot reinstate accounts nor can they unlink accounts. I'm afraid you will need to contact phone support again. Perhaps you'll be able to get the assistance
you require a second time around.

Ori has a lot of bugs in it's current state and urgently requires a patch, I can't speak for the other games though.

You will see options to modify friend requests on the platform.

I would try power cycling your console for a start. Press and hold the power button for 10 seconds or until it shuts down completely > Wait 20-30 seconds > Restart the console.

If that does not help, I say maybe you try and uninstall and reinstall the game. If that does not fix the issue you can contact Xbox Support for more guidance.
