    URGENT! HELP! PAYMENT ISSUE!


    Hi. I'm trying to add my debit mastercard to my account as a payment option. When I try to add it on my console, it gives me an error message saying "check your address". When I do it on my laptop, I get the following error code:

    30225-OaQuFwAAAAAAAAAA-35c6cb1f-a9f6-4fe8-96e7-d6fdd6078ba4

    I was wondering if anyone could help me because I would really like to purchase something on the Xbox store.

    If you do not have money in your account you get blocked for a period of time, however yes you will eventually be able to use your account, as was earlier suggested, if you call Microsoft support they may be able to speed up the process and make sure you
    are all paid up.

    i am PRETTY sure you have to use an alternate form of payment (credit card, debit card, or a pre pay debit card) to take care of the owed balance. once the payment is made and you have money in the bank the system should be able to charge the original account.
    also profanity (even if it is miss spelled) is not allowed on the forums (the last word of your post).

    just get a pre pay card like at a store put money on it contact support connect to billing pay the balance. until the balance is paid you cannot go online with a gold account till that is taken care off.
