Urgent:Enforcement Action Issue

I was playing ForHonor on the 15th of May (Monday) and I had Decided to play some 1v1 and I was doing very well against another person GamerTag "
[Mod Removed]" and He decided to leave the game early which always annoys me, so I sent him a message saying



"lol scrub"

He had then replied straight away saying

[Mod Removed]

so i replied

"lol all of this because your bad"

and at this point i was a little annoyed because he called me a [Mod Removed] and knew my IP address so I replied

[Mod Removed]

and at that point he messaged me

"bye"

and not two seconds later I was given a notice of enforcement.

I have spoken to a few Xbox live support members to try and help me with this wrongful enforcement notice and everyone that i have talked to has said that this does not sound like a legitimate suspension.

I submitted a review to be done on my account about the enforcement notice and nothing has been done so far, so i'm trying desperately to get Xbox's enforcement team to hear me to they can take a closer look into my suspension because i know that it is
not a legitimate notice of enforcement but rather [Mod Removed] using external software.

What makes me so sure about this is that after he sent me the message "bye" it was not even 3 seconds later that I got the notice of enforcement, so there is no way that he had the time to

1. report me/ report the message

2. for Xbox live enforcement team to see the report

3. to take action against my account

please Xbox I haven not done anything wrong and i cant talk to any of my friends on Xbox.

He didn't get into a fight with another player. He was cordial. The other player has issues.

For information about your suspension and to see about submitting a case review, you would need to go to
http://enforcement.xbox.com The enforcement team does not use the forums.

 

You can view your ban by logging in at enforcement.xbox.com and from there file a case review if the ban is eligible for one. If you have submitted a case review and they uphold the ban there is nothing further
you can do. That is the only place to contact enforcement. In the future please do not use the forums to call out other gamers.

 

I have already submitted a case review and I have no word if they have looked into my case or if they are going to be doing anything,

Please know that I'm not trying to call out any other gamers or even get any action taken against others I just want Xbox to hear my side of the story and let them know what has happened to me.

 

The enforcement team are the only ones who handle suspensions/bans and they do not use the forums. You would need to wait for a response from your case review.
