Good night I have a problem regarding the region of my country since to download the free game of xbolx live goal titled starwars of February 15 and lately has given me the error code 80150017 and has not let me download any game for free
Of that console, then I got technical support and tells me that I have to change my account of region and as I have the account in usa I had to go according to the recommendation that they gave me to the country that I am located today that is venezuela But
before doing the procedure I was warned that in Venezuela there is no xbox live so I can not play online any of my games and my gold subcription is going to be wasted since I have to wait 3 months to move it back from country and That is not the idea since
it is about to expire and most of my Games are online and I wait until 3 months my subcription is over and I need help to pass it back to the United States as fast as possible please I need help thank you very much and good night

Change Country

There is no way to change your country to Norway. You would have to create a new account with the correct information.

What if you have moved to a different country, i believe its unfair that i lose all my Gamerscore, all my downloaded content, arcade games and all that. It cant be that hard to change account regions or moved all my files to another account? Why should i
lose everything just because i moved to Britain. i cant use my American card anymore since o got a new one in Britain which means i cant buy points, my Paypal wont work either so im forced to make a new account. Because i want to get the Egyptian civilization
pack for Aoe. I cant even download most things anymore due to my region being in American and cant download if your outside that region.

There is a charge for changing your gamertag. Not really seeing it as being urgent for anyone.

I'd recommend you urgently contact your internet service provider, to see if they can do anything, such as change your IP.
