    Upset.


    When i first got my xbox one, i went in on the xbox live store, and bought my self a month of online gametime, (Xbox gold membership) NOTHING in there mention that when i bought 1 month, they were going to keep billing, so they are charging me for alot more
    money than i actually spent, i went to the irl store a couple of days ago and bought me 3 months of membership, but cant redeem it because they've suspended my account, help please.

    SO UPSET!!!

    You can play splitscreen in offline mode. So at least two of you can play together. I really do not know if more can play offline if you connect more controllers to your console, but it might be possible. To do this, start the game in offline mode with profile
    1, profile 2 then hits start on controller and joins game. To see if more is possible, hit start on controller 3, etc. You do need a HD tv to do this, and if more the two can join, the bigger the better. Hope this helps a bit.

    Pink - The family plan was discontinued several months ago. It is no longer an option.

    Anytime you purchase gold from Xbox there is a disclaimer that warns you that it will renew each month unless you turn off auto renewal. If you don't turn off auto-renewal and they are unable to charge your payment option, you begin to accrue a balance that
    has to be paid off. After a certain time, they suspend your account until that balance is paid. So you would need to either add a new payment option or add funds to the card you already had on file in order to pay off that balance before you can redeem the

    Can you please post in the following format:

    Promotion Details: Was it a subscription purchase? How many months? Was it at a discounted rate? Did you have to purchase certain games?

    Date of Purchase: The day you purchased the subscription or promotional items

    Promo Item(s): The game, games, points or LIVE time you have not yet received

    Also please make sure to check your Microsoft Account e-mail as well as the
    contact e-mail (if different) and make sure to also check the spam inbox's of both of those e-mails to see if you received any sort of code for these games.

    Because the system has never been updated to work that way. That currency cannot be used with a recurring subscription. It worked the same way with the point system. If you want to leave feedback about the system, you would need to post here -
