Upset gamer mocked autism and threatened to *Mod Removed* didn't violate ToS?

My son told me someone keep killing him in game and he wants to do something and he said stop killing me i want a play that's all i don't know why they stop his live gold may be someone report thats not good and i don't know to much ab9 xbox we just buy
for fun what things make my son sad than why we waste our money now i am thinking that let me what my son did wrong and why from your end stop his microphone and text service

Last weekend I was the recipient of an angry message on Xbox Live and in a poor choice decided to engage. At this point the account continued his attack, called me a kid (I told him I'm 32), and at one point I let a certain adjective slip out when describing
how I have kids and a life and so little (curse word) time I have to play games to level up and "prestige" in Call of Duty. Anyway he reported me and I got comm suspended. To be clear I am not in any way debating my own mistake nor the action took against
me. This is not an appeal to the suspension. Then he continued to mock and ridicule me and call me autistic, which even though I know it's "trendy" to use in a mocking manner, as someone with an autistic brother it's also no laughing matter. I sent chat invites
so he would quit sending screen filling messages but instead he continued and kept insulting. So after letting him get the best of me to I reported him and said have a nice life at which point after already knowing that my kids were underage, insinuated that
he was going to sleep with them and then laughed about it.

Again, I know my language was against the Terms of Service, but you can not have people calling other people autistic in a derogatory manner and threatening to sleep with their underage children.
That has to be among the most toxic behaviors possible and some violation against terms of service.

I know he did not receive any punishment because I didn't receive a message from Xbox saying they took action on a report. So I attempted to send a case review through the enforcement page, but I slipped up on the questionnaire twice.
(I answered correctly about the policies but apparently there are purple avatars and that's not regularly possible??? I've never heard of any of this and is really an incredibly esoteric question that a regular Xbox Live gamer would ever know is even a
thing.) This means i can't have the case reviewed as my suspension will be up by the time I can take the questionnaire again. I contacted Xbox support chat and they said they would create a ticket and ask for help here.

I know there are some bad actors on XBL and I know you can't get rid of all of them and I also know sometimes otherwise good people make mistakes, but suggesting that he's going to have sex with someone's little kids can not go without repercussion. Insinuating
pedophilia has to break tos and needs to have an end put to it. Also can we stop people mocking autism at least on XBL?

And no you will never get a msgfrom the pet concerning your report as its between them and the offender same with your case

You dont always get a message from Xbox when they ban someone. When you do get a message, it's usually short and simple like " thanks for helping to make Xbox live safe" or something along those lines. My son had that message but I can't remember exactly
what it said.

That wasn't true as of October of last year as I had received a notification that action had been taken on a complaint filed and a handful of times before that as well.

As I said before I am not arguing or debating the merit of my own suspension at all. I fully accepted my punishment. I only wish to know that this other individual who is going around mocking disabilities and insinuating sleeping with people's underage children
is going to be dealt with.

That said I'll just wait for an XBL enforcement person to respond as customer support already wrote a priority ticket. Thanks for your concern though.
