    Are you all going to fix the problem with the service or what I am getting feed up with the this group called the Lizard Squad on twitter messing with the service like they own it . On top of that Microsoft was suppose to be the top gaming format and unhackable.
    I have been without my xbox 2 times this week and i pay good money for the service and i cant even login to my Xbox ........I am very ticked off and unhappy with the service that i am receiving right now. I have been a microsoft customer since the 1st xbox
    yall put out and now this ! What are you going to do to make me and the millions of xbox user happy ? I dont want no I'm sorry or none of that Scripted paper talk you always give everyone when they call I want action, I have read that you have a new CEO and
    he his getting paid over 85 million a year and he is putting money in his pockets and we as the xbox community are getting nothing but poor service and I am quit feed up.

    this is not really a question anyone can give a answer to, i have dealt with xbox customer support a number of times and they have been very helpful. Also some people on here offer there help on these forums with little reward, but anyway thanks for your
    observations.

    Thank you, Jameser78, for the explanation. I love to see a community in which the members try to help out.

    However...

    I *did* fully describe the situation when I posted.. including the conciusion reached by phone support of what was the issue, and their instructions that I post on the forums for more assistance.

    When directed by phone support to post on the forums for additional help, it should not be unreasonable for me to expect that someone there can actually *do* something about the issue.

    When the responder has "Official Support" on his/her gamertag, I think I can reasonably expect to be dealing with a paid staffer, and not a volunteer. If that's something I would have to have been around on the forums to know, then that's not setting expectations
    well at the phone support end.

    All that being said, the *refusal* of phone support to escalate my issue when requested to do so, and their insistance that I had to post here for any hope of action, is poor support. That is especially true if the forum is mostly volunteers, as the nature
    of the issue isn't something that non-employees can help with. If I can't get help here, in essence, that reply from phone support amounts to "take a long walk off a short pier".

    take it from me.... when it comes to customer service offered by major corps these days.... the peeps at xbox are THE BEST! hands down not even close.... you ever try dealing with clearwire customer support?? now that is a joke.... leave the good folks at
