    I received a credit card bill, but i didn't noticed I bought game. And I called the customer service, the response is "your cannot return". What's even worse is I have the same game DVD. We don't have customer's right in Taiwan, what a sad thing!

    pay for something you didn't buy, and cannot refund. How can I trust the microsoft online store and key in my credit card information?

    Can somebody tell me how to handle this case you get fixed?

    Xbox gift card

    I purchased an Xbox gift card and picked the 50 dollar amount, got my receipt which is supossed to have the code and there was none.

    Tryed again the next day at a diffrent store and it happened again. Why do I not get my codes. I currently have $100 dollars of Xbox cash, between too cards and cant use them really upset and disapointed with the new cards right now. NEED ANSWERS!!!

    Sounds cool but I wouldn't be very upset at all if it didn't have this.

    I wouldn't use it much anyway - I don't really see myself looking through the MS/XBOX store while away from the console.

    Xbox360 Games with Gold Problem

    The best result use a console to buy or buy on a friends one. The xbox 360 store on xbox.com is still broken and there is no solution for it. I think the won't repair it again, broken for months now.

    Once you uninstall the game it won't appear on your games or apps.

    I would try going back into the xbox store through your home screen and try downloading it again there.

    If you purchased the game through the xbox store, you will not be charged again for the download.
