Upset about "Avoid Me" reputation

Before anyone tells me "you need to contact Enforcement", I've already posted two detailed explanations of my situation a couple days ago and have received no response. They won't respond or even acknowledge the issues I'm having, which is completely unprofessional.
Hell, I'm not even getting the robotic copy & paste messages that others are getting.

I was placed into "Avoid Me" status a few weeks ago and it lasted for about 2 weeks and somehow I moved to the orange "Needs Work" status. So I thought "great, now I can finally play matchmaking and improve my reputation back to Good!". So I played Halo
MCC Big Team Battle all day and all night and then half the following day until I was placed back into "Avoid Me" status. I must have played close to, if not over 100 games of matchmaking and at the same time I was monitoring my reports on the enforcement
website. I think I had 1 or 2 additional reports for all of those games, which sent me back to "Avoid Me" status. It's really deflating because I thought by playing all these games, the far majority of which I had no reports, that I would have been able to
move my reputation from orange "Needs Work" to yellow "Needs Work" and then to "Good". So if completing a ton of matchmaking games with no reports isn't good enough to improve my reputation, then what is?! It's so frustrating because I was playing on "pins
and needs", making sure I'm not betraying anyone, no trash talking, sending 0 messages and not even teabagging anyone! I was just flat out playing the game legitimately like everyone else and the only reason people report me is that I'm really good and that
they see my reputation is already low at orange "Needs Work".

I want answers and I want my reputation placed back to "Good". I've already dealt with many frustrating months of not being able to play Halo MCC because of how broken it was and all of the issues surrounding the Xbox One. I've been suspended in the past
on Xbox 360 for trash talking/sending messages, so I'm careful with not doing that at all now. I'm not breaking ANYTHING in the Code of Conduct, yet my matchmaking privileges are being revoked because I play a lot and kids are upset that I'm better than them.

I'm not cheating, not trash talking, not sending messages, not quitting, not betraying(unless I'm protecting myself), not trolling, or breaking any other terms of service or Code of Conduct, so why can I not play matchmaking? I just want to be able to play
and not have to worry about all these noobs reporting me because I just went 40 and 1 on them.

I'm tired of this "Avoid Me" matchmaking suspension. I'm tired of chatting with and calling Customer Support supervisors only to be told there is nothing they can do and tell me to contact Enforcement, who seem like a bunch of unprofessional jerks that are
impossible to deal with. It's super frustrating when I type out these detailed explanations to them and they won't even respond or acknowledge my existence. Is there anyone above Enforcement I can talk to or a phone number I can call instead of wasting my
time typing things out only to be ignored?

Question about "Avoid Me" Reputation

The enforcement team do not use the forums & rep is not a support issue.

The only person who can improve your rep is you.

Sometimes it takes the enforcement site a while to sync up,your rep on your console is your true rep.

Playing the free games like Neverwinter or Star Trek Online will help but it does take time.

Question about "Avoid Me" Reputation

On Enforcement.Xbox.com It shows "Good Player" and For the past few weeks I have played perfectly without any issues and having good reputation. Suddenly, today I turn on my Xbox and I see I have "Avoid Me" I have tried playing Battlefield 4 and World of
Tanks, but I can't seem to find any players in the games no matter how many times I try. What other way is there to fix this and Why Do I have two different reps on the site then on my Xbox Profile?

Would appreciate it if My account can get looked at by the enforcement team or anyone that can help get rid of this. This is ridiculous.

 

Yo man! I ve got same problem! You r no one! I played in Dark Souls 2 pvp much time and kill many people! And if I kill somebody 4-5 times in a row, they start be angry and my rep is going down! Once I got orange rep but when I started play online in 2 days
I got a red again! I didn't glitch or used communication! I tried about 10 times to speak with support! I tried to call them! But nothing!!! About 10 days my rep is red! I play much with friends in private matches, speaking in chat, but nothing!!! They have
created this system and think it's work)) if not game Gears of War I would buy ps4! Cause my opinion has changed about Microsoft after that!

 

How can Microsoft justify giving customers indefinite matchmaking suspensions when they aren't breaking the Code of Conduct or terms of service? I would love an answer to that question. Also how is it that Customer Support are almost clueless when it comes
to this reputation system? It's like a nightmare...Customer Support tells you to talk to Enforcement and Enforcement ignores you. It's as if you prove to them that their reputation system is flawed, they just want to sing "la la la la la la la la" and pretend
everything is fine.

I saw this bolded & underlined sentence in Enforcement's FAQ thread: "Please keep in mind that this forum exists to inquire about enforcement actions, and not to debate their validity or attempt an appeal." Well if you are unable to debate their validity
or attempt an appeal with Enforcement, then how does one go about doing that?

Enforcement says in their robot copy & paste messages that the only way to improve reputation is by completing online matchmaking games without getting reported. Well I completed close to, if not over 100 games without getting reported while I was in orange
"Needs Work", only to fall back to "Avoid Me" because of 1 or 2 reports during all of those games. It makes no sense. My reputation should have risen back to "Good" easily after all those games completed without getting reported.

 

I don't see a logic way in them system! We pay money for Xbox live but with red reputation we can play just with friends in private matches! In Dark Souls 2 I can't play with friends or with somebody! So, if I would not have other games, I ll never get a
better rep! As well I didn't glitch, brake them system or do something bad! I just killed much people in pvp. After this what Microsoft done with me, I really will be a red person. And them support is horrible! There are 90% girls and all they can do just
speak how they will help us, check a security code your account and give a link on forum here, where important persons ignore us or don't read it!

 

The big problem I have is how can Microsoft justify revoking a player's online matchmaking ability when that player is not breaking Code of Conduct or terms of service? I understand their reasoning for the reputation system...to punish those who are betraying
on purpose, trolling teammates, quitting often and etc, but this system for doing that is flawed because you have guys like me who are affected because I play far more than the average gamer and I play very well almost every single game. So in my situation,
I am getting reported often for "unsporting" and "cheating" when I'm doing nothing of the sort, just playing the game legit and dominating. I've never cheated in my life and the only times I'll betray someone is if they're purposely trying to betray me.

And yes Lebron, Customer Support seems like they're here just to tell people how to power on/off their Xbox

 

Omg today I saw my rep was a green! But now is red again! are they kidding me??? And what I must again try to make a better my rep?!?

 

Wow!!! Just now I got orange! Omg! I think if 1 or 2 players will be no happy how I killing them, and I ll get a red again! Worst system ever, and they can't understand it!
