    I have sent my xbox for repair. Microsoft have now sent it back via UPS to a different address. Due to GDPR UPS will not tell me where they have delivered my xbox to! I can't seem to find a number to call anyone from Microsoft about the issue.

    You can request a call back or chat with support at http://beta.support.xbox.com/contact-us If you don't see those options, change your category/topic. Billing & Subscriptions
    and "I don't recognize a charge" usually works for me.

    Hi, I hope you're doing great out there. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regard to your concern.

    To fix this, please perform a power cycle on your console by following the steps below:

    POWERCYCLE CONSOLE​​​

    1. Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off. ​​​

    2. Turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button on the console or the Xbox button on your controller. ​​​

    If that didn't work may I ask if this works before?
