    Hallo,

    Ich habe am 25.03.2017 eine Reparatur meines Xbox One Elite Controllers in Auftrag gegeben und bis heute noch kein Versandettiket von UPS übermittelt bekommen.

    Der Kontakt zum Microsoft Support ist komischerweise nicht möglich. Egal zu welcher Zeit ich die Seite des Supports aufrufe, wird mir mitgeteilt das ich außerhalb der Öffnungszeiten versuche den Support zu kontaktieren.

    Sogar jetzt bekomme ich diese Meldung obwohl der Support laut Öffnungszeiten bis 21 Uhr erreichbar sein sollte.

    Wie soll ich nun weiter vorgehen?

    I ordered a repair of my Xbox One Elite Controller on 25.03.2017 and have not yet received a shipping package from UPS.

    The contact to the Microsoft Support is strangely not possible. No matter at what time I call the side of the support, I am informed that I outside the opening hours try to contact the support.

    Even now I get this message although the support should be accessible by opening hours until 9 pm.

    How should I proceed now?

    Still waiting on Xbox one!!!!!

    No it's UPS not Microsoft. UPS didnt deliver mine until after 5 pm yesterday which is absurd.. UPS needs more drivers

    Das habe ich versucht. Nur wie oben beschrieben, steht mir keine Möglichkeit zur Verfügung den Support zu kontaktieren, weder

    der Chat noch die Hotline wird mir angezeigt.

    Stattdessen bekomme ich die Meldung das ich mich außerhalb der Öffnungszeiten an den Support wende, egal zu welcher Zeit ich die Seite aufrufe.
