UPS Have lost my controller

Hi there,

I sent my Xbox elite 2 controller away for repair. The controller was under warranty. Microsoft sent out a pre-payed printable label.

The controller was posted on the 5th January 2021. The controller has not been returned as UPS have lost the parcel and a claim has been granted.

who do i contact with regards this as UPS Have sent out a message. please see below.

Typical rage day for me on gears when all of a sudden i get logged off during my game session, i was tearing it up, and i literally lost a headset and a controller.... I now have lost about $150 because of this XboxLive connection situation. so much BS.

Probably the same as me mate, they have lost your controller and will come up with some pathetic attempt of an excuse. My controller was sent out two weeks ago apparently, yet they can't track it because the number they have for it does not exist. They
owe me a new console and a new controller, will i get either, i doubt it very much

the xbox does not support cec or hdmi control, you would need to go to tv setting on the xbox and setup tv control again as it may have lost the code, the xbox controls tv's via infrared only.

I have this same issue, I just got my Xbox One X, and set up the Xbox to control my TV as well, and the Xbox says it recognizes my TV and is controlling it, and will turn itit onon and off, but when it comes to controlling the volume nothing will happen.
