UPS have lost my console upon its return for service.

My console was returned as per the request of microsoft for repair.

I had already sent it out once already on the 05/07/2023 and it was returned to me on the 13/07/2023

I few days elapsed as I was waiting for new dbrand skin and some filters to stop dust killing it again.

Then when I first used it I got a green screen in the new star wars game and the machine powered down. It did the repeatedly and I had to send it back as advised by microsoft representative.

It left me on the 31/07/23 after about 9 days I checked ups tracking information and it stated an investigation has been started to locate this console..

So what happens now? How do I resolved this if the console is lost?

Can microsoft assist in anyway to resolve this I've been without it for over a month.

I tried speaking to a human and every time I requested a call back it said sorry this is unavailable. Not at all good service.

If you cannot power it up you will have to send it as is. They will reset the console and wipe its information upon its return.

As a safety precaution you may want to change the password associated with the account if it has an automatic sign in feature.

Hi Mate,

Sent in a controller under warranty and even though its been signed for they have lost it. They sent out the wrong controller and then collected it again and after all this was basically told they wont return my controller as its lost and wont replace it ?

10/10 for customer service at there end i am totally amased at how they can do this ?
