    UPS Email


    One of the customer service support people created a console service request for me two days ago, and that went fine, I got the email from Microsoft telling me what to do and that I needed to wait 24 hours for UPS to send me an email with instructions for
    the shipping label, so I did and it never arrived so I contacted the support team yesterday and they said they'll get UPS to send it again and it should take 3-4 hours. It's been around 12 and UPS still haven't sent me the email (Yes I checked my spam folder).
    So what's the deal? Do they not send emails during the weekend?

    Did you buy the console second-hand? It sounds like it already had parental settings, in which case you would need to speak to Support about whether they can help remove them.

    support.xbox.com/contact-us

    Select either "chat with Xbox support" or the phone option.

    If you haven't received anything by about midday Monday i'd contact support again.

    Everytime I've had to book a repair I've had the shipping label within about 30 minutes but I've never booked a repair at the weekend

    Yep, both emails turned up at about the same time this morning. I guess they only send emails in the week.

    What's their shipping like anyway? Are they pretty rough with their packages or have your delivery's always gone smoothly?

    Never had an issue myself,always turned up when they say they will & package has always been fine.

    When they ship your console back it's put in an inflatable bag so it's very well protected anyway.
