UPS e-mail : Sticker to put on the box

My power supply just broke so i messaged miscrosoft and they told me that they will send me an e-mail and UPS will also send me one but i never received the UPS e-mail so i don't have any sticker to pu on my box to send my power supply by UPS to microsoft......

Yes, I received an e-mail with the step-by-step instructions and yes, on the UPS label e-mail there is a phone number to call them. (both e-mails were sent to me by Microsoft)

What shall I do, sent it to the adress in Czech Republic like its written on the step-by-step instructions or call UPS to take it ?

changing my e-mail address on the account

I have 2 avatars on my x-box and i signed the wrong e-mail to the avatar that i was using how do i change the e-mail and password so that i can put it onto the right avatar?

When i try on the x-box it says it cannot be done and i must log into xbox.com yet when i do it doesn't allow me to change the e-mail and password either what do i do

Please check your E-mail spam folder just in case it has been put in there by your E-mail provider.
