    UPS does not exist in my location, where do I go to send my controller for replacement?


    I need to issue a replacement for my xbox controller due to stick drift. I went through the whole process and have my label. The issue is the email says I can only go to a UPS location to send it off.

    I am in the UK, UPS does not exist here.

    I literally cannot do what is required to get my replacement. Why is there not an option for UK postal services?

    UPS does exist in the UK. You may want to contact them to see about having them pick the package up from you or find out the nearest drop off location to you. https://www.ups.com/gb/en/Home.page
