    Are you indicating to disable or enable UPnP here?

    I was able to find the UPnP settings and cycle them like suggested on the Xbox support. However, it only moved my NAT type to moderate so, not a full fix yet. Anyway, if you can log in to your modem page on a computer the setting can be found by selecting
    WAN/LAN on the left and then the Capability tab on the top. Hope this helps you. I'm still going to need to do more to get mine to open though, good luck.

    It would be very helpful if you listed the tab at the top before which item you select from the sub menu. The current method is backwards

    Hi, I don't get access to UPnP with these instructions.

    There is a tab that says "Application and Gaming"

    the sub tabs are:

    Port filtereing

    Port Rang Forwarding

    Port Range Triggering

    DMZ

    when I click help it warns me that unless I know what I'm doing i'll screw up the router/gateway.

    I don't know what I'm doing, LOL
