UPnP not working - Xbox Live multiplayer (Windows 10) NAT type is Strict

Hello, I've enabled UPnP in my router settings, but NAT type is Strict on Settings > Gaming > Xbox Networking on Windows 10. This caused "Unable to connect to world" while joining multiplayer on Minecraft Bedrock outside LAN. What can I do to fix the issue?

EDIT: Does private IP address (10.x.x.x) affect NAT type and UPnP, because occasionally my IP address is set to 10.x.x.x?

My IP address has changed to public, however my NAT type is still Moderate. How to fix it?

Well, I think the issue is my ISP enabled NAT. This means my IP address is behind the NAT, so port forwarding nor UPnP won't work. My IP address is also private (10.x.x.x), which also means my ISP enabled NAT.

Am I correct?

Have you turned on uPnP in your router for a good connection?

and opening the ports for the use for xbox live.

I have to have UPnP enabled and using port forwarding, otherwise I won't be able to have an Open NAT.

I know UPnP should only be needed, but for me I have to use both.
