Maria, we could try something just to isolate the issue, if possible please share your mobile data via hotspot. Then connect your console to it and try using online functionalities.

I have 2 routers.The main is fritz box at the living room and one second tenda at my sons bedroom.Both routers have enable upnp.I have two xbox connected wireless from the second router..the tenda.Both xbox have problem with nat.I try to connect them wired directly from the main modem but i dont know why is disconnected...it seems that the ip disappear.

Hi.I have problem with nat.It seems that upnp is not available with wifi.With wired internet i cant connect.Its always disconnected after a few seconds

please note for those who are having these issues if you are like me and use a VPN or network proxy depending on the configuration it might not be supported on xbox and will cause that error

More often than not, your console will throw this error because Universal Plug and Play is actually disabled from your router settings. If this scenario is applicable, you should be able to fix the problem by accessing your router settings and enabling UPnP from the advanced settings menu.

In case is already enabled on your router settings, you could try disconnecting your router from power for about 3 minutes and then power it on and try again

I’m having the same issue. I’ve tried two different Wifi connections, and my mobile data. All three have says The Upnp ain’t available. I’ve restarted the Xbox and everything. This has got to be an issue with the Xbox as I’ve tried everything else (Wifi, Router etc side of things).
