    every night i have upnp issues. i already did port forwarding. the router i i have is from my cable company, Mediacom. the router just says xtream on the front. how do i stop have the same issues.

    Have you tried unplugging the router for several minutes and then plug it back up and try again? The gateways furnished by the ISPs are minimal at best. My suggestion would be to purchase a good gaming router and you will eliminate a lot of the router
    type issues. Of course you will have to get familiar with your own router settings. All the ISP will do is make sure they can see it from their location they won't be a lot of help with specific issues like this.

    Hello!

    Do you have more than one router, such as one from your ISP and then your own, or just the one? Do you have to open up a web browser to accept a EULA/ToS in order to use the internet on a device?

    Hello Drew,

    Thanks for coming to the forums with your question. If you changed any settings in the router you can factory reset that first, then see if you can connect. Also on the console you can restart it, but when you do it from the system page. Hit guide button
    on controller go to far right icon (which is system) under settings you will see restart console. If these don't work you can try a

    soft factory reset
    on the console.
