UPNP/Download Speed

I had a update for war zone last week. When I started the game I got the prompt to update. When I selected update, I got a error code. After that my Xbox series x would not install or update any game. I factory reset my Xbox, reset modem and router and my Xbox still would not download. I finally got war zone to download with a hotspot and the game was very laggy. Which was weird, it worked with hot spot but not home internet. I had tech from isp come out twice in one day, and nothing is wrong with internet. I ended up getting a new router provide through my isp. I am now downloading games and updates at around 40 mbps but my Xbox test speeds are at 450 mbps. Also my Xbox is now giving a moderate nat type and UPnP services unavailable. I changed the UPnP to on through my router and took all the steps that were on Microsoft’s help page. The nat type was open and UPnP services were available. During the middle of playing my Xbox kicked me out game and party chat and the nat type went back to moderate and upnp services unavailable, but the UPnP setting is still on in router. I was on the phone with Microsoft support for 2 hours and did not get anywhere. Is this a console issue or internet? I’m getting each one blaming the other. Do I need to warranty my Xbox? Please help!

In that case, we would like to share this support article regarding UPnP(Universal Plug and Play) - “UPnP Not Successful” appears in your network settings | Xbox Support.

The suggested solutions we have is typically router and network troubleshooting which means that the Moderate NAT Type and UPnP availability has something to with the ISP. You may try to check the suggested troubleshooting from that support article. If issue persist, kindly use the router's DMZ, Port Forwarding, or Port Triggering features. Afterwards, you may try to change ports and see if there is a specific port that will not disconnect you from gaming with your friends.

uPnP port? How would I disable that? And my internet is fine, wired connection ping is usually 25-35 and Download Speed usually over 50 ;D

i took the speed net test and got these results

ping - 50 ms

download speed - 2.97 Mbps

upload speed - 0.38 Mbps

i checked and this seems all right for Xbox live. I have opened ports(53,80,88,3074) anymore i could open? nat is open, upnp is enabled. i think it might be a security thing.
