    Hello Depa_731,

    Thanks for posting on the Xbox forums. We understand that your Xbox One is receiving a UPnP error when you connect it to your hotspot. UPnP is a setting within your network's hardware that allows your console to use multiplayer services. It needs to
    be enabled and sometimes toggled for it to function correctly. Usually, this is done by logging in to your network through the router or gateway.

    We are unable to provide steps for how to perform this process on an iPhone hotspot. There are other basic troubleshooting steps that we can recommend. We suggest

    power cycling your console     by holding down the power button on the console for ten seconds. Also, you can try clearing the alternate mac address in

    the network settings    . Be sure to let us know the results Depa_731!
