Upnp and package lose.

Try disconnecting your xbox one from the internet and do a hard restart.

To hard restart.

Turn off your Xbox One Via the power button on the console hold it for 10 seconds.

Once the indicator lights on the front of the Xbox One and the console's power brick are off, unplug the power brick from the back of your console.

Wait at least 30 seconds.

Plug the power brick back into your Xbox One and turn it on

Connect to the internet n try again hope it helps

Here we go. Today 11am to 19pm i wasnt losing packages rarely 1%.

Now the microsoft server again have problems with 'Buy and content access' and again i lose packages.

That's it, can be your server maybe here in Italy have some issues or maybe nobody realise is losing packages.

Btw today i still again lose packages.

I think you will be fine since they are taking 100% responsibility on losing the package.

That's wierd because today before afternoon i was losing 0% packages.Before the issues right now the microsoft

server is having started again 1-3% packages lose and now with the server issues 'Buy and content access'

i lose 0-1% packages.

This is realy wierd i realy wonder if is the microsoft server.

Olso today i called my ISP and they told me in the telephone central they fix everythings even in the street box.

I've even switched the console with another one lend to me for a friend and still lose packages.

I realy hope is not the microsoft server im loyal to microsoft from about 13 years but if is that i can only say this is the last drop.
