    Whenever I try to upload a video it says that either the services are down, my privacy settings don't allow me to or because of my "past behaviors" it won't upload.

    My privacy settings don't have anything to do with me not being able to upload a video, I've made sure of that, I've reset my pc more than once just to see what the problem was and I've tried uploading other videos but gave me the same information only as
    if the systems are a bit troubled.

    How do I fix this and how to check on my "behaviors," I'm not always playing online and when I do I don't "misbehave" or any of that matter.

    Windows 10 Xbox APP crashes 98% on all video uploads after update

    Many people are having this problem, Xbox APP just crashes at 98% of the video upload. It's not from using a 3rd party editor, I use the official XBOX app to upload and get the same results. 98% Xbox APP crashes, video does not get uploaded to our feed. Pictures
    do upload without issue. I've tried trimming clips to 30 seconds or less, same result. Now this only starting happening after one of the recent Xbox app updates on Windows 10.

    For me it happens constantly on Forza Horizon 3,Gears of War 4, and now Quantum Break for Windows 10.

    Forza Horizon 3 and Gears of War 4 has told me numerous times after taking vids/screenshots in Windows 10 that it doesn't even know what the game is hah.. "unknown game". Can't upload much because of the crashing issue on videos.

    This is on the MSFT side of things, not the uploader's system files or hardware.

    I was forwarded here by a Microsoft rep.

    Can no longer upload videos or screenshots!

    I know what's causing the issue. I can't upload videos if the Xbpx App is enabled. If i disalbe the Xbox App in the settings (Windows 10) i can upload it. Its a Window 10 or Xbox App bug.

    An outdated Xbox app is one of the reasons why you're unable to upload videos or screenshots to the Xbox Live. To help you resolve this concern, I need to collect more information. Kindly answer the questions below:

    • Are you getting any error messages when trying to upload videos?
    • Have you tried using a different profile when uploading videos?
    • What are the troubleshooting steps you have done so far?
    • Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling the Xbox app?

    It is working now but there was no update and i changed anything. It just works now...

    The only way is to use a PC with Windows 10, then download the video off onedrive, then launch the xbox app, and upload the video to xbox live using the app, once you have done that, you can edit the video using the upload studio app.

    Thanks for your post. Are you attempting to watch videos from your phone on Xbox App? The Xbox Application only supports videos that have been uploaded to Xbox Live from an Xbox One Game Capture or a capture from a game on your Windows 10 PC.
