Uploading Gamer Pic????

I went to upload a custom gamer pic today and it said that for custom images i need to be older? Im over 18 and my account states that i am and that its an adult account, how can i resolve this issue?

Uploading game Clips

Normally, you should be able to record game clips on your Windows 10 and upload it on the Xbox app. Let's try to isolate this issue so that we could figure out why you can't upload game clips. Kindly provide us the following information:

• Can you tell us when did you notice this issue?
• What is the title of the game where the game clips are captured?
• Have you checked if your Windows 10 is updated?

In the meantime, I recommend that you run the Windows app troubleshooter to scan and repair your XBox app on your computer. You may refer to this

link to run the troubleshooter.

Uploading Game Captures

Hello!

I'm having difficulty uploading a clip from my game capture. When I go to upload I get the following prompt: "You are unable to share game clips". I've gone through and checked my privacy settings, and I'm cleared to share clips. Why can't I share my game
captures?

Your account profile will automatically change to an adult account as soon as it reaches the age of majority in your region. If you're seeing this error message on Xbox One, it's likely your account isn't classified as an Adult account and thus why you're
