Uploading custom Gamerpic on Xbox Windows 10 Beta app

I want to add a custom Gamerpic on my Xbox Live profile through the BETA app and a notification appeared saying people under the age of 18 cannot add a custom profile pic. My personal info states that I am older than 18, so I was wondering if this is still
possible for me to access this feature.

Xbox one custom gamerpic problems

Ok,so you can now upload a custom gamerpic if you have the xbox beta app on a windows 10 pc.

If it's the ordinary xbox app it wont work

It seems that your profile has a restriction on changing Game pic. We will need additional information to isolate this issue, please provide us additional information by answering the following questions below:

1. Was your profile set to child account?

2. Have you made any changes on your account prior to the issue?

On the console, only members who are in the Alpha ring of the preview program are able to upload customer gamerpics. Otherwise, you can upload them by using the Xbox beta app on Windows 10.

You need to be in the Alpha ring of the insider program to upload custom gamerpics via your console.

Or you can do it via the xbox beta app on a windows 10 pc.
