Uploading Clips to pc

Discus and support Uploading Clips to pc in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; I want to upload clips to my PC or phone (both preferably) but don't want to upload them to Xbox live is there any possible way to get the clip files...     I want to upload clips to my PC or phone (both preferably) but don't want to upload them to Xbox live is there any possible way to get the clip files onto my PC and/or phone without uploading them to Xbox live?

    No ONLY my screenshots and a small handful of clips are uploadable the rest of my clips are not uploadable. Microsoft discontinued uploading clips from the PC companion.

    You can upload clips to OneDrive and then be able to access them from your phone or PC without uploading to Xbox Live. ^_^

    Hi!

    You can check in your pc if your videos have been uploaded, sometimes the app record the clip but it just save at pc, to view all clips at xbox app it have to be uploaded to the cloud.

    Oh I got the impression it was with a specific clip you were having this issue. Yes, uploading 51 clips to then download them to the PC and upload to YouTube would take way too long.

    Can you record a new game clip on the Xbox and see if that shows up on the PC's Xbox App?

    The best way to keep those clips is, install the Xbox app on your laptop or pc. Then on your console go to your captures and upload them to one drive and upload them to live. Then go to the Xbox app on pc or laptop click on the captures and scroll through
    what is live and download the clips to your pc or laptop in a file.
