    Uploading BC game screenshots to xbox live...why can't I?


    Hi, title says it all really, one of the marvellous benefits of BC (according to microsoft's pre-BC hype) was the full functionality of the XB1 with BC games. Indeed, this is most appealing. Soooo how come I can't upload any BC game screenshots to XBLive
    (and then clubs, showcases etc)? The screenshots sit quite merrily on my console hard drive but 'Upload Failed' is the constant result of trying to do anything remotely interesting or worthwhile with these screenshots. Any help much appreciated, I know it
    is possible because there's any number of 360 screenies posted in clubs etc, I'm sure it's not just me.

    Xbox Insider Program, Can't Upload Captures to Xbox Live

    Hello,

    I was troubleshooting a problem with @Xbox_Support on twitter, and couldn't figure it out. I'm part of the Xbox insider program, and a week or so ago, my game captures stopped uploading to xbox live. I always get the popup 'Can't upload to xbox live,'
    whether it's a screenshot or a clip.

    Screenshot take ages to upload

    Can someone please tell me why it's taking my Xbox One X about 30 minutes to upload a simple screenshot to Xbox live? My connection is wired, my upload speed on average is 18.48 Mbps and my NAT type is open with IPv4 & 6. This has been going on for months
    now and is starting to get really annoying. Especially when friends upload their screenshots within seconds. I mean, at this point even my game clips which are 100+MB are uploading quicker than a screenshot. Something's clearly not right.

    We are currently investigating an issue where Game DVR clips aren't uploading to Xbox Live, exactly as you describe. However, you are the first report we've seen that is affected by screenshots not uploading.

    There are a few games that have Game DVR blocked, but that should prevent you from even being able to take the screenshot in the first place.

    Can you post back with what games you are running into this with? We'll be able to verify if that game doesn't allow Game DVR captures or not, and point you in the right direction based on that. Uploading BC game screenshots to xbox live...why can't I? :)

    Since you don't live in a xbox live region you can't download bc titles

    Bc titles are geo locked

    I have the same problem, sometimes screenshots automatically not upload and when you try to manually upload, notification pops (upload a screenshot on Xbox Live failed). At a later turn on the console, has been able to upload it.

    I tried uploading screenshots with a different account on my Xbox One and it works fine so it seems like there is an issue with my account. I do not think this is a storage limit issue as my account still can upload new game clips with no problems and I
