    Uploading a pic from my personal gallery


    I am trying to upload a personal photo on my avatar instead of using one of the stock images. I tried it from the app and I can select the photo but when i try to upload it says it " isn't available right now try back later" is this just temporary and
    I will be able to do it at another time. Tried from the Pc app too!

    The feature has been temporarily disabled. Once they re-enable it (there is no ETA on when), you will be able to do it.

    Hello,

    I have only tried upload it from the Xbox app from Windows 10.

    Tried too log out and log in from the app just to "refresh".

    Tried upload it from the browser but in the browser there is not an option to upload my own personal pic. Thanks.

    My custom gamer picture won't upload

    I recommend that you sign into your Microsoft account on the Xbox console, use Profile & system and open My profile.

    Use customize profile then, use change gamer-pic. Open Upload a custom image, then select the image.

    Personally I do not use a custom image as a gamer-pic. I have no images saved on my Xbox console as files, to upload as a custom gamer-pic.

    I had that problem when i was trying to upload a pic. What i did was take a screenshot from my phone and uploaded that screenshot pic. It seemed to work fine

    Would I upload a picture and put it as a gamer picture?

    You can't upload anything as your gamerpic, it has to come from the marketplace. You can make your personal (only friends can see) pic from an Xbox Live vision cam.
