    Uploading A custom Profile Photo


    So this has been a problem I have had for a long time, actually since I got the Xbox one. Originally the account was classed as a child however it has recently been changed to an Adult account. The Birthdate makes the account older than 21 therefore rendering
    it impossible that the account should be classed as a child. I have changed this twice recently and allowed all Xbox live/microsoft privacy settings to allow.

    However, the problem persists and is really quite annoying for me and a large number of people. Personally, it is quite interesting to see how little has been done to patch this problem on the Xbox. I can do everything else
    besides uploading a profile photo and nor am i able to do this on the Xbox app.

    Is there anyway to bypass the whole verification directly as I do not see much in the way of support for this subject.

    Can't upload custom profile pictures

    I tried to upload a custom profile photo and I get a message saying due to my recent behavior I am unable to set a custom photo. I have never uploaded a inappropriate photo before so what is the issue? If a recent profile pic was reported I would like to
    know which one and why.

    Uploading A custom Profile Photo

    Changing the birthdate under your profile doesn't changes your child account to adult.

    Only the parental account can upgrade a child account when the service registers that the account has reached 18+

    Unluckily only adult accounts can post custom profile pictures for obvious reasons

    Hi there you can actually upload your photos to Microsofts One Drive which will enable you to set custom profile pics from your Xbox! When you upload your photo make sure you are signed into One Drive on the same account as your Xbox email address.
