    I want to know if it's acceptable to upload a video clip from Rock Band 4 to the home feed. The clip was taken from my Twitch feed and edited into a 30 second clip. The clip contains gameplay of Rock Band 4 and audio, because this is licensed music would
    this get me in trouble with the enforcement team? Rock Band 4 does not allow you to use Game DVR also, so that's another reason i'm concerned.

    So I got a 5 minute clip uploaded from my cod play online is their anyway you can upload it onto YouTube? And once twitch is out can you upload the gameplay you stream onto YouTube?

    Streaming your video game feed + youtube

    Streams are uploaded to Twitch TV. I'm not sure if you can also live stream to Youtube, but from the Twitch website you can upload videos to Youtube.

    If you had taken the clip from your console then it would not be an issue because it's in game content. However, you say you edited it and I do not believe there is a way to upload video clips to the console. If you have a youtube channel you can post
    it there though.

    From what I understand the only way to upload gameplay footage is through Twitch, something I have no interest in using.

    IIRC, it does live streaming to Twitch and can upload 5 mins of gameplay (though not to YouTube at launch).
