Upload Trending Glitch

Hi, I am an uploader who has recently encountered a glitch that nobody has ever heard of, my video's that I make will not trend despite pulling better likes, views, shares, and speed of these coming in than anybody in my region. This is not because other
people are beating me out as I tried making one from a separate account and was able to trend from there. I have spent 5 hours on the phone with support but have not been able to have anybody resolve my issue.

It seems to be trending issue, keep posting the issue. I tried resolving the issue through complete reboots of the system, and refresh of my profile. Looks like it is a glitch on Xbox side.

Would like to add that all troubleshooting steps have been taken already and I have narrowed the problem down to something pertaining to my account itself, I cant trend from a separate xbox or ip on my main account. Looking for the upload support team to
please help me resolve this issue as quickly as possible as this greats affects me.

 

Wow still not even the decency of a response to let me know that someone is actually working on my problem, just love having an issue for over a week that hasn't even begun to be solved yet.
