Upload to OneDrive broken?

I can now create a clip, edit it Upload Studio and save it to Onedrive - but Upload doesnt run. I cant view my clips on the XboxOne. So one thing solved, another broken that wasnt.

The exact same thing happened to me a few years ago. I set it to upload everything to OneDrive, left the process going until it completed, then I stupidly cleared out my Xbox Live storage without checking that it had worked properly.

On OneDrive, I had a few videos that worked OK, a few that had only partially uploaded and were broken files, and loads of videos had not uploaded at all and were missing.

This has been a problem for literally years.

Unfortunately, I don't believe there's any way to get the missing videos back once you've deleted them from Xbox Live, as they were never uploaded to OneDrive in the first place.

Please, make your Microsoft e-mail account (the one from the XBOX profile) the primary alias of your Xbox Account.

Log in to your account with your current primary alias.

https://account.live.com/names/manage

Select it as your primary by clicking on Make primary.

Have you tried to log into the https://onedrive.live.com/ website?

Also, on your computer, you can access the folder at C:\Users\your-user-name\OneDrive\Pictures\Xbox Screenshots

from my experience, the upload to OneDrive is from the Xbox not the Live server as you can upload to OneDrive without sharing to Live.

You can use OneDrive. You get 5GB of storage for free.

In the capture settings on the console, you can set it so that captures are automatically uploaded to OneDrive if you like. You can also manually upload multiple captures to OneDrive at once via the Captures app. Also, you can upload an individual capture to OneDrive via the Share menu.

Once uploaded, screenshots will appear in the Pictures\Xbox Screenshots folder inside your OneDrive folder, and videos will appear in Videos\Xbox Game DVR.
