    Upload Studios keeps freezing up & restarting app


    Whenever I use the Upload Studio app on my Xbox One and I try and use any of the templates to create any type of video clip it always freezes up when I have to use the Kinect to record or change the template background. I've trying restarting multiple times
    and unpluging the system for a few minutes and restarting, but all end with the same result. looks like its on your end. Anyone else having this issue.Oh and I have 76% USED on my hard drive and I have no problem screen capturing with app. Any advice would
    be appreciated, looks like a really cool app, just would like to actually use to to upload some custom clips with these cool features.

    app keeps freezing

    i am trying to play microsoft jigsaw and the app keeps freezing and restarting and it is pissing me off cause i can't play

    delete clip, but it's still there

    Hey Poulpc,

    Thanks for posting! The primary app we recommend using to check and manage your game clips will be the Upload Studio app. If you delete a clip after recording, does it show up in the Upload Studio app? If it does still appear right away, does waiting a minute
    or two reflect that the Clip is deleted properly?

    Let us know if the Upload Studio app behaves as expected.

    Problem with UPLOAD

    I just tried to make a highlight tape of a bunch of recordings. I was watching the clips in upload to decided which ones I wanted then I would put them in upload. It was pretty annoying because quite often when I would switch back and forth upload would
    either bring up a loading screen and return to the beginning of my captures so I would lose where I was at in my clips. A few times upload would restart. Then after I choose my final clip because that was the max upload studio restart and I lost all my progress.
    This is ***. The xbox should be able to handle me running these two apps simultaneously and upload studio should have some way to save or recover work when your garbage app fails and wastes a bunch of my time.

    Upload Studio is Garbage

    Had all these issues also! Found out that for the voice over to work, first take out your headset, restart your console before starting your upload studio project. Also, turn off notifications so you don't get blip sounds through your recording.

    Haven't been able to upload anything for the past 4 days. Have uninstalled and re-installed the app. "Something went wrong"... yes, Upload Studio aren't supporting and fixing their app!!

    Xbox One Upload and Upload studio EXTREMLY slow/crashing.

    I'm having the same issues with upload studio, it's not usable at all. It freezes and crashes each time I use it.
