upload studios app uploading problems for the last week

for the last week now upload studios has been giving me trouble, I would go to upload a clip and it would upload to onedrive but not the my upload studio clips section itself. it would say "something went wrong- we were unable to upload your clip. check
your internet connection and try again" but my internet is and has been working perfectly fine. I tried a hard factory reset and that didn't fix it so please help?

Well explaining exactly what's happening to you when you try to save/share your videos & pic's would probably get you faster help

Since I don't know anything more then what you posted I would suggest doing a hard reset of your Xbox One & see if that fixes the problems your having.

It just says "sorry capture not saved please try again". I did a hard reset earlier but it didn't help.

 

Feb 27 - same problem. While it's on One Drive, if it's not on Upload, it can't be shared. Hence, could MS techies look in to this and provide some guidance? Many thanks!

 

YES I am getting the same thing, I cannot fix it for the love of god. I have hard reset my console everything and I cannot make a video.

"we are unable to upload your clip. please check your internet contection and try again." That's the message im getting as well.

 

OK, now March 3. Two things. It's possible you put an "unacceptable" word in a clip where you can enter text, like an Intro or an Outro, and then Upload merrily processed away without warning you before it merrily started. I changed a word in an Outro
after given a warning just now, and it went to Upload after rendering. HOWEVER, the second thing: finding the clip I had just made was weird, because it shows up in my Profile's Captures as made 11 days ago, when the clip I trimmed it from was made. Yep,
Xbox programmers have screwed something up. Man, I'm really getting tired of being an alpha reviewer for updates. Not worth the time or effort or frustration. I think I'm going to bow out of the alpha reviewer program.
