Upload Studio + Xbox One Problems

Feel free to place this in the correct thread.

Upload studio always seems to have problems.

• Sometimes the "Upload to OneDrive" option isn't there.
• Every movie clip rendered and saved to my OneDrive has MAJOR sound to video syncing issues.
  

Xbox One personal Home Interface has major lag.

• Navigating to friends and through apps seems to have some delay - not as fast as it should be.
  
• The Xbox keyboard is almost impossible to use: Navigating with the joysticks and typing letters has a huge delay before showing up on screen.
  
• Party interface and friends list has errors every now and then. Can't invite to game or party chat.
  

Xbox One has been out for some time - and little issues like these combined together really opens up a bad gaming experience for the players.

How big is the tech team ~ when can I expect a fix to these problems ~ when will I have an optimized experience with Xbox One.

Hi, i work with the Xbox Ambassadors Program, these issues are very annoying, but I'm sure Microsoft is working on it.

 

Are you "quitting" unused Apps on the dashboard? (Hit "Start" and select "Quit" on apps you aren't using) This should speed things up. As for navigating, do you have a Kinect? If so, try using voice commands, they're perfect for taking you to the area
you're looking to get to.

I should also point out that MS doesn't check these forums, we're all just gamers here. There is a feedback website, but I don't know the link (sorry), I'm sure someone could post it.

 

also most of the items in upload are streamed from the servers, if your connection is not the best that will affect the outcome

 

I often have issues not being able to fully upload longer clips - I'll get an error message part way through that says it can't complete the process. In most cases when this happens, the clip will be available to view, but not accessible on OneDrive. I hate
it when this occurs.
