UPLOAD STUDIO WON'T INSTALL

Hey guys, I am having some serious problems here now with this Upload Studio. Last night I spent almost 4 hours with Customer Service on the phone and I talked to 3 different reps, one hung up on me right away. The link above titled "uploadstupid"
lol (typeo) is a link to a log I put together of all the QA & Troubleshooting steps me and one of the Reps did. Please review that because it has A TON of vital information regarding my case and the issue at hand. I called again today because I was so stressed
out about this last night i just had to stop. I called today talked to 3 more reps one being a supervisor and they had nothing for me, they all say the same thing, I feel as if no one has any advanced training or anything..they're all like robots programed
to say the same dang stuff! Now DON'T TAKE that the wrong way, I understand you guys have a protocol to go by and all but ***,...Im sorry im just very frustrated and I want to be able to continue uploading content to my youtube channel via xbox..that's how
i make my money and now I'm *** because of this.

Did you install Upload Studio before your Kinect? 1) Uninstall Upload Studio 2) Go do the two part set up for your Kinect 3) be sure the Kinect Recognizes you @ Sign-in 4) Launch Upload Studio

i have issues with the app right now also , i have it installed but it just wont get my clips from the cloud at all (not every cloud has a silver lining error ), been like this for months , hope you get a fix soon

Sorry to hear the trouble you're having. Just to make sure, are you currently in the Xbox One Update Preview? If you are, this is definitely something worth heading on over to the
Xbox One Update Preview forums for. If you're in the preview and still can't access those forums please let us know.

Slim5hdy, It sounds like your issue is a bit a different. Can you please create a new thread describing your issue so we can best help you out?

 

I did do that and there isnt anywhere to post the problem or talk to anyone
