Upload Studio Not Working

Are you experiencing this issue with other games or only with Grand Theft Auto?

 

well it appears that this problem isnt just resident evil clips...

i cant even upload or find the clips i just recorded for battlefield hardline....

they are not even on smartglass on my phone....

the rendering process on upload is fine but as it starts to upload you get the "sorry we cant upload your clip"

 

this problem is not just related to resident evil.

i had 29 clips recorded from battlefied hardline

i had some really awesome clips...and when i tried to upload them i got the prompt

sorry we are unable to upload your clip....

 

having this same problem with battlefield hardline aswell when trying to upload a multiclip

 

I can't upload anything from Battlefield Hardline or GTA V. However I did manage to upload clips from GTA V after a couple of attempts but BF: Hardline, no joy after god knows how many goes.

I've been trying to upload Resi Evil clips since the release and like everyone else it hasn't be working. I have noticed tho looking at my upload studio clips the Resident Evil videos do not have a game title next to the clip length. Example -- one of my
clips might say 'Dead Rising 3 - 00:29' where as the Resi videos just say 00:44 with no indication of what game it is from.

I did have the same problem with the Dragon Age: Inquisition demo that was found on EA access, I could record videos but not upload them (however this was fixed once the full game was released)

I'm not sure if anyone else has noticed this and that's what the problem might be, but yeah, I thought I'd add this to the conversation.

 

I'm having the same issue with hardline clips.

 

I have the same problem with two different types of clips. I tried to upload Metro 2033 clips and Battlefield Hardline beta clips to my onedrive. For both sets, I was given an error of: Sorry we are unable to upload your clip.

 

Having the same issue as mohanicus. I've been trying to upload clips from the Battlefield Hardline Beta since yesterday, and the app doesn't even attempt to upload it. As soon as the uploader hits 50%, i.e. when the render finishes, the upload crashes and
the app tells me to try again.

I was able to upload a clip from GTA V yesterday, but the Battlefield Hardline clips simply won't upload.

 

I am having the same problem. It all started with the battlefield hardline beta. Only thing is the bf hardline clips will not play. It says try another clip this clip is deleted or not published. Some worked and some didn't play. So I deleted all the
clips from hardline and they popped up again as If I didn't delete them. So I deleted those hardline clips, so now I have clips from games that worked. When I click individually on the clips from my madden and other games it works fine BUT when I click
on watch all I get that error "try another clip clip deleted or not published. The watch all feature doesn't work anymore now. I also tried recording new clips from battlefield hardline beta and now none of those new clips will play at all. Other game clips
play fine but hardline beta will not play and I still have the problem that the WATCH ALL refuses to work. I called support and tried everything they told me to do and nothing worked. I unplugged the adapter, I reset and cleared the alt MAC address and
nothing. I thought these games were supposed to be stored locally. Will this be looked into or do I have a faulty xbox unit that needs to be replaced?

 

Same problem as mohanicus, recorded clips of bf hardline up to 2 days ago and then I can't save them anymore, I had a chat with 2 different persons here and one told me to reinstall the app, the other told me that they're doing maintenance on the upload
server. Our clips are like saved for as but not for the cloud and they don't exist outside our machines, that's why we can't save them, the error code we are getting is infact the same one when you try to play a clip you have deleted previously. We need a
fix to this, I don't know what's causing the problem though.

 

Also having the same issues with Hardline clips not uploading properly. ^

Yeah, I would really appreciate that this is fixed sooner than later, my clips are piling up. Tired of spending 20 minutes trimming clips together only to find out it doesnt upload. Ive wasted a good two hours trying to get my clips up. Really frustrating.
Why did upload studio work better a year ago?
