Upload Studio is Worse than Useless

So i recently tried Upload Studio. Seemed fairly straight forward and pleasantly easy to use. Was even fun editing my BF1 clips and i looked forward to sharing them.

Imagine my surprise when, after recieving the msg 'Something went wrong, please try again in a while', i find out on Google that this app has been broken for more than two years, and is still not working. Only unedited clips can be shared. And there is no
alternative to this app. It's this or nothing. What a joke. Someone was paid to make this. And when it was discovered to be broken, no-one was paid to fix it. If this was new then fair play, but problems that are more than two years old...what a farce. People
are still posting about these issues today, unaware that these problems are not recent developments, are not limited to only one or two users, and are not the focus of anyone's attention except the user.

How are we supposed to remain loyal to your products when you show absolutely no concern for your customers and their experience.

And as a side note, when your page tells me to sign in before i can rate the app, then tells me i can't rate it because i don't own it just because i signed in on a phone, i simply get more irate.

why cant teen accounts use upload studio with out permission whats the worse that can happen nothing

Should there be a new clip editor on the xbox one?

I think that you guys should create a new clip editor application other than upload studio, upload studio is great but does not get the done, at least not for me.

Sorry to hear that Upload Studio is crashing when you try to create a clip. Let's have you try to Uninstall and Reinstall the app and see if that helps. We have a guide to show you how to do that

Hey juganawt.I can confirm this. 5 minutes needed around 40 minutes to upload to skydrive with upstream speeds between 0.7 to 1.6 Mbit from my console.

What really makes it worse is that we are not allowed to close the upload Studio for doing something else while its uploading.

I had a couple issues when 2.0 first launched but recently I've had zero issues with the videos when creating them in Upload Studio and uploading them to OneDrive and later YouTube. I don't know why your experience should be so different and so much worse.

Navigating the OS with the Kinect is so much easier than using a controller. Plus using it with Skype and Upload studio for video making is fun. It may seem useless now but there is quite a few things you may enjoy while using it. Just have to give it a
shot. To me, its worth it.

I've made sure my mic wasn't muted, but other than not recording in upload studio, it works fine.
