Upload Studio clips will not share

Hey guys, I need help.

in UPLOAD I can not share the game clips I have edited in Upload Studio. I can share normal clips but not edited ones. When I try to do so I get a message that says as follows: Sonething went wrong. Sorry we are unable to share this at the moment. Try again
in a while.

Upload Studio lets you edit and share your recorded gameplay clips with the Xbox Live community.

How are you going to share clips with a community your not subscribed to?

MS isn't forcing you to do anything.

Alternative buy the kit that will allow you to do it without live, (live is cheaper short term, or for getting used to it)

 

Get a Try Again Later message after trying to share a saved/edited game clip

I can't share game clips that I have edited with the upload studio.

 

This is happening to me too, some more information:

Any clips I edited in the "old" Upload Studio can still be shared (through messages, activity feed, twitter and showcase).

Automatic and manual clips can be shared with no problem. GameDVR clips can be shared too.

The problem arises when editing a clip in the new Upload Studio (which is amazing by the way!)

Any clips that have been edited in Upload Studio 2.0 no longer bring up the share menu, it simply says "Something went wrong. Sorry, we are unable to share this at the moment. Try again in a while.)

The clip still uploads to the official Xbox website, and can be played just fine on there and Smartglass - but cannot be shared anywhere else. Even the third party clip websites that scrape Xbox Live can't see these Upload Studio 2.0 clips, they simply don't
exist to them - so there's definitely some kind of difference on the back-end with these new types of clips.

I've done a full cold reboot (held the power button for 10 seconds until it switched off, left it unplugged for a minute and tried again), rebooted my router, closed all other games and apps before attempting to share etc etc. Nothing works.

This happened with all clips I created yesterday and all clips I created today. We're not the only ones - at least 4 people I've spoken to on twitter have the same problem.

 

Also I've noticed my activity feed hasn't been updated since 2 days ago. None of my clips appear there.

 

I am also having this problem, but I have had this problem before the update as well. It says "sorry something went wrong there..." In Orange text, and under that it says "we are unable to upload your clip.

please check your internet contection and try again." in white text.

Could someone please help?

I've had a chat with xbox support and we looked over multiple things on my xbox one for instance: I tried uninstalling the upload studio app and reinstalling it and it let it get to a higher percentage when uploading, but it still failed. I tried checking
my internet connection and it meets the minimum requirements to upload, to upload studio. NAT was set to open, It would let me upload to ONE drive but it wouldn't upload to upload studio for some reason. The person that I talked to from xbox support told me
to post here the things that we discovered were happening when trying to upload the videos. I know it's not because I have been banned because they would tell me I have been banned and they also said that I would get a different error message if I was banned.
If anybody has a fix to this problem please let me know. This is the only information that I have as of this time. thank you.

 

Add me to the list. When I try to share an edited clip from Upload, I get "Sorry, we can't share this right now. Please try again in awhile".

 

Same here. Any unedited clips i record are posted up no problem, but edited clips only exist locally on my console or through smartglass but are invisible to friends. They do say that edited clips are screened for unacceptable content but it's being 24 hours
now and i can't do anything with the clips. Even tried taking the completed clip back to upload studio and reuploading it, which it told me was succesful, but still hasn't appeared.

 

This is a common issue I am seeing in the support chats. This shouldn't be a screening issue. This looks like an issue on MS' side. I'll try and see if we can get one of the support people to elevate it.

 

Yep, getting this as well. It worked on ONE clip yesterday so I figured it had fixed itself but it's back to the error today. Very frustrating.

 

Hey guys, update from my post yesterday, tried again today to upload an edited clip to both my activity feed and showcase reel and both have worked. Either it was a delay in the clips being approved by MS or they have simply fixed the issue that was causing
the inability to share the clips. Let me know if any of the issues you guys have had are rectified too.

 

UPDATE: It's still failing for some reason....Anyone else still having this problem?

 

I'm going to compile some Battlefield 4 clips tomorrow so i'l see if anything goes wrong. My earlier clips i had trouble with are having no problems now.
