upload speeds

I tend to have some rubberbanding,

CoD always has lag...Trust me, I've been playing the game for four years. There will always be lag, no matter what.

I'm in Europe and have been finding alot of issues with the lag in Black ops 2 aswell.

I've just done myself; Download speed: 73mbps, Upload Speed: 15mbps

Done that Ping test: BBC (UK) was 0.11ms. US postal service (USA) 0.19ms

I put the blame solely down to Treyarch, their matchmaking system is rubbish and I had the same issues with Black Ops 1. I never had any problems with MW2 or MW3 because they placed you in a lobby based on your ping.

Those speeds are more than enough to be playing online. Even the upload is good enough to host games to people with a low ping to you.

Are you connected to a network?

I know you mentioned you're hard wired but if you're online with others that are streaming music or video, your bandwidth will be affected.

Check to see if your router has a QoS(Quality of Service) option and set it so that data to and from your 360s IP gets priority over all other internet trafic.

Try port forwarding the ip's. That thens to help.
